Shipping policy

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
All orders are packed and shipped from the U.S.

Our products are offered in two ways: in-stock and pre-order for restock. Please review the details below before placing your order.

In-Stock Orders

Launch quantities are purchased in advance and available while supplies last.

All in-stock items are carefully hand-packed and typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery:
5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and selected shipping method.

Pre-Order (Restock)

If a style or size sells out during launch, we may offer a pre-order for a future restock.

These items are not made to order. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve their size before the next production batch is manufactured and delivered to us.

Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Shipping will occur after the restock inventory has been received and processed.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
In-stock items may ship first, while pre-order items will ship once the restock has arrived.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
